Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

• Personalised & Made-to-Order Pieces:

These are crafted especially for you and require 10–25 working days for production, followed by standard shipping time.

Please allow for additional time during peak seasons.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs procedures, which are outside of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to track and follow up with the courier service regarding any delays.

Important Information for U.S. Customers

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has discontinued the “de minimis” duty-free exemption.

This means that all packages entering the U.S. may now be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of value or origin.

These charges are not included in your order and must be paid directly to customs upon arrival.

• All international parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid).

This means that duties, taxes, and any import fees are not included in your purchase and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

• We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of potential charges before placing an order.

• Canadian & Ukrainian Orders:

Due to stricter customs regulations, deliveries to Canada and Ukraine may take longer.

Additionally, tracking may not update after your parcel is transferred to Canada Post or Ukraine Post until it is delivered.

Delivery Partner

We use Royal Mail for all domestic orders.

For international deliveries, Royal Mail partners with local carriers in your country to complete the final leg of delivery.

Customs Duties & Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

• Pay any applicable customs duties or taxes

• Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout

If a parcel is:

• Returned due to unpaid customs duties

• Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

• Cancelled after dispatch

We are unable to refund the full shipping cost.

We offer a subsidised delivery fee of £6–£9 for orders under £90, and free shipping for orders of £90 and above, while our actual shipping costs range from £12 to £25 depending on the size and destination of the package.

In cases where a return occurs due to the above reasons, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned parcel has been received by us.
